Usage Data: We collect basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve our products. We do not use invasive third-party tracking services.
User Content: We store content you create within our products (such as SVG files processed by CrushSVG or goals created on Quantarell) only as necessary to provide the service.

Welcome to TLTDSH (Tilt Dash). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services operated by TLTDSH, including but not limited to CrushSVG, Quantarell, and other applications. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using any TLTDSH product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TLTDSH operates multiple web applications and tools. Each product may have additional terms specific to its functionality. These general terms apply across all products.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Some products offer paid features or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to harass others, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to our products. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
The TLTDSH name, logos, and product designs are our intellectual property.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice within our products. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
